Julie and Walter, her husband, have lived in Naperville for 22 years and have three sons.  All are Eagle Scouts and graduates of DePaul University, College of Dupage and University of Wisconsin, Milwaukee.  Their youngest son currently attends Indiana University in the Kelley School of Business and the Hutton Honor College.   Julie is an active member in the community of Knoch Knolls, also serving as Vice President on the Homeowners Board for over 16 years.  She is an active member of the Ladies Auxiliary at the Judd Kendall VFW, Post 3873 in Naperville, Illinois.  Julie is a Distinguished Commissioner in the Boy Scouts of America and for over 20 years has served as Public Relations Community Liaison, Leader and a Special Needs Program Leader at the Ray Graham Association.   Dedicated to the civic responsibility that the BSA program teaches our youth, it has been rewarding for her to mentor and teach our youth throughout the years.   She has served on many not-for-profit Boards, including St. Raphael Catholic School, St. Raphael Band Booster and the St. Francis High School Band Parent Organization.  She has also been an active coach for track, cross country, the St. Raphael debate team and has been a religious education teacher for her youngest son.  Julie has experience in senior care and housing advocacy and has been a member on the Patient / Family Advisory Committee at Edward-Elmhurst Hospital in Naperville.
